As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service to donors and customers
  • Process donations, including sorting, receiving, and storing items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the donation center and surrounding areas
  • Assist with material handling, including moving full and empty containers/gaylords using pallet jacks
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the donation center team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including wet/humid and hot conditions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a donation center or similar environment
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
