This is a unique opportunity to join American International Group as a Process Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Process Analysis and Improvement: Assist in defining, analyzing, and evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and drive process improvements that meet their requirements.
- Business Process Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, including process maps and procedures.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop recommendations for process improvements that can be implemented across the organization.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems and best practices to support business process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Limited experience in business analysis, but a strong desire to learn and develop skills in process improvement and analysis.
- Insurance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive process improvements.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC and documentation skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
