Job Title: Shortage Control Lead

Burlington is seeking a highly skilled Shortage Control Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store.
  • Train and develop Shortage Control Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to identify and prevent shortage-related issues.
  • Collect and document indicators of external theft and share findings with store and field leaders to inform decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in areas of the store with the highest risk for shortage.
