Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential safety risks
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and provide support as needed
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required, but previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
