Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the field of information security, with hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable or Nessus.
  • Endpoint Security: Proficient in configuring and managing endpoint protection solutions, including AV/XDR policies and agents.
  • System Administration: Skilled in administering Windows and Linux servers, particularly in relation to on-premise security applications.
  • Security Tools: Familiarity with cybersecurity tools for regular security operations, including Nmap, Wireshark, and phishing simulations. Participation in situational tabletop exercises is a plus.
  • Vulnerability Management: Expertise in vulnerability scanning, identification, remediation, penetration testing, and endpoint hardening, along with knowledge of CIS benchmarks and NIST frameworks.
  • IT Infrastructure: Understanding of common IT infrastructure components in large organizations, including load balancers, firewalls, and SIEM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with WebLogic and familiarity with scripting languages such as XQL, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
