Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient care, including direct patient care, patient education, and transitions of care.
- Support professional nursing practice across various settings and the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs.
- Function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) competency required, current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and adapt to unpredictable situations.
