Job Overview

Compensation Structure: Expected earnings range from $48,000 to $81,000, which includes a competitive salary, commission structure, and expense allowances. A comprehensive benefits package is also available, featuring Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and a 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifies and develops new client relationships in alignment with the company's sales objectives.
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client accounts while adhering to company policies.
  • Achieves minimum gross profit and unit placement targets as specified in the compensation agreement.
  • Meets established benchmarks for appointment setting, demonstrations, and product evaluations.
  • Engages in strategic outreach initiatives to secure quality appointments.
  • Formulates a sales strategy to meet specific territory goals.
  • Continuously assesses customer needs and promotes both new and existing products.
  • Completes all necessary documentation for order processing promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinates the installation and training of equipment post-delivery.
  • Follows up diligently on all leads provided.
  • Addresses customer issues and disputes promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepares detailed quotations for both new and existing clients.
  • Analyzes sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Reviews market analysis to understand customer needs and pricing strategies.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the company and its competitors.
  • Represents the company at industry events, showcasing our products and services.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Standard Requirements:

  • Submits daily sales activity reports and monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
  • Participates in company sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assists in customer payment collection efforts as needed.
  • Supports the sales process throughout all operational phases.
  • Upholds a professional image of the company at all times.
  • Regularly evaluates and monitors customer satisfaction levels.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Prior professional sales experience is advantageous.
