Role Summary:

The ACA Training Lead will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of comprehensive training initiatives focused on ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of ACA operational workflows, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, RCNO, and error handling. The Training Lead will collaborate with various teams to ensure that training resources are precise, current, and effectively meet the operational team's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic training framework for ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes.
  • Develop training resources, such as manuals, guides, and digital content, addressing critical areas like Pre-Audit file preparation, RCNI/RCNO submissions, and error resolution.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for both new and existing personnel, ensuring comprehensive understanding of ACA procedures.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to ensure training materials reflect the latest ACA regulations and standards.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, implementing necessary modifications to enhance results.
  • Act as the primary resource for training-related questions and support within the operations team.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Design ad-hoc training based on root cause analysis of escalations or operational changes impacting processes, disseminating information to staff as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in ACA operations or a comparable regulatory setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, and RCNO submissions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both regionally and globally.
  • Proficiency in utilizing training software and tools.
  • Proven skills in process improvement.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with TEAMS or other web-conferencing platforms.
  • Typically possesses 2 years of experience in learning and development and/or training delivery.
  • Comprehensive experience in operational training and knowledge of healthcare payer systems.
  • Able to develop extensive training programs based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and verbal communication.
