Job Description

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Carbondale, IL. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with procedures in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procedures and provide patient care in a cath lab setting
  • Operate departmental equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients
  • Transport patients as needed and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medical technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
