We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at Revel Staffing. This role is crucial in delivering financial insights that support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis expertise, and experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial performance against plans, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and variances.
  • Gather, organize, and document financial data to aid in decision-making.
  • Develop and manage financial models to evaluate the impact of various business scenarios.
  • Perform cost-accounting analysis, including standard cost variance analysis and inventory valuation.
  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Assess capital expenditure proposals for financial viability and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and insights.
  • Perform additional accounting and financial analysis tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a business degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in cost accounting, internal auditing, and capital expenditure evaluation.
