Medical Records Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Records Nurse to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a Medical Records Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance to facility standards.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
