Janitorial Associate

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
• Ensure all areas of the store are clean and free of debris, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
