Meat Carver

At Carnaval Brazilian Grill, we're looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Gaucho. As a key member of our dining experience, you'll be responsible for preparing and carving a variety of meats tableside for our guests. Your passion for cooking and serving high-quality food will shine through in every cut.

We're seeking an experienced or trainable Gaucho to work in our fast-paced restaurant environment. You'll need to be physically fit, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

• Prepare and carve various cuts of meat tableside, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, answering questions about the meats and the rodizio experience.
• Monitor meat quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate.
• Passion for cooking and serving high-quality food.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
