The City of Euless is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the City Manager to join our team at SGR LLC. As a key member of our City Executive Team, you will play a vital role in the daily management of all City departments and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, coordinate, administer, direct, and evaluate municipal activities, goals, and policies.
- Manage the overall operations of assigned departments, including administrative duties and responsibilities involved in the development and coordination of City programs and boards.
- Provide highly responsible managerial support to the City Manager, including regular presentations to City Council, various boards and commissions, and public speaking opportunities within the community.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve City goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with City departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, political science, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience in municipal management, with at least five (5) years of senior management experience in municipal government or public administration.
- Previous experience as an Assistant City Manager or similar position is preferred.
- Valid Class C Texas motor vehicle driver's license with a good driving record.
A competitive salary range of $190,000 - $225,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
