Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Preferred Professional Services (PPS) Agency, a proud affiliate of National Health Care Associates. As an Agency RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information to identify potential health issues.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed to promote patient comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery and address patient needs.
  • Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.

Requirements
  • Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maine.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
