Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to support our busy department in Champaign, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
• Less than 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
