RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical Unit-I A-4 at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This Full-Time position offers 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, with varied scheduling during the week based on department needs. You will work a night shift from 7:00pm - 7:30am and will be required to implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the hospital's mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.
  • Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Organize and administer individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
