Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead the creative development and production of marketing collateral, manage email campaigns and social media strategies, and explore new marketing opportunities. This role requires strong project management skills, collaboration with various departments, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative development and production of all school collateral.
  • Design and produce collateral, providing design direction to the team or external agencies when applicable.
  • Create and manage email templates, campaigns, and event communications through our CRM system and Constant Contact.
  • Manage development and execution of local print media across our schools.
  • Create project plans and ensure deadlines are met, communicating and coordinating with other departments to accomplish project goals.
  • Oversee and maintain current social media strategy across all school accounts.
  • Help identify and explore new marketing channels and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is required.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong creative skills.
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand skill set.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Great team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work with other departments.
  • Interest in childcare or Montessori schools is helpful.
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
