Job Title: Clinical Director

At Evidence Based Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our therapy program in the Bronx. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and supervision to our team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular supervision to clinical staff, including evaluations and training
  • Evaluate and assess treatment plans, run case conferences, and may carry a caseload
  • Active participant in the intake process, reviewing client service plans and ensuring clinical needs are met
  • Key staff resource for community outreach efforts, establishing linkages with other groups and organizations
  • Provide necessary notes, progress notes, and risk assessments
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, plus NY State Licensure (LCSW) required
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 1 year of direct clinical supervision
  • Specialized experience with residential treatment
