As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive leadership team with strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the company's initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Lead the reporting process and analysis of actual results
* Prepare margin analysis, expenses monitoring and control; proactively provide analysis and recommend solutions for business process improvement
* Assist with the Company's annual business plan and forecasts, including consolidation, review, and presentation which requires extensive cross-departmental teamwork
* Prepare / Review customer profitability analyses for new and existing accounts
* Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
* Response to non-routine and ad-hock requests for financial information and analyses

Requirements

* Excellent quantitative, reasoning and analytical skills
* Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal); ability to communicate effectively across functional groups and across varying levels of the organization
* Demonstrated and proven financial business acumen
* Excellent organization skills and demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to adapt quickly, self-motivated and able to work on new tasks independently
* Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree
* CFA or CPA
* Experience with SAP, EPM/BPC, PowerBI, and Cognos
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Macro and Visual Basic programming
