Core Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents for visa applications, permanent residency petitions, and labor certification processes.
• Engage in effective communication with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Analyze case details to formulate strategic actions.
• Assist with online immigration application processes, including PERM and consular processing.
• Collaborate with government agencies to facilitate immigration procedures.
• Gather and organize evidence, ensuring quality assurance of all filings.
• Revise and produce client advisories and other written materials related to immigration law.
• Assemble comprehensive application packages for submission to relevant agencies.
• Coordinate translation services for necessary documentation.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client intake and maintain filing deadlines.
• Focus on continuous professional development and stay updated on immigration law trends.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, providing support to colleagues as needed.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience in immigration law, relevant graduate degrees, and/or paralegal certifications.
