About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Toddler Classroom Coordinator at Merryhill School in Davis, CA.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified educator to coordinate classroom operations, implement our proprietary curriculum, and provide a nurturing environment for young learners.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $36,000 - $44,800 per year, based on a 12-month contract and assuming 40 hours of work per week. The hourly rate is approximately $18-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating classroom operations and implementing our proprietary curriculum
  • Providing a nurturing environment for young learners and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Meet state-specific education requirements, including certification as an Early Childhood Education Teacher (CDA) or 12 Early Education units
  • Comply with all company and state-specific standards and maintain validation of required credentials for the position
