Job Summary

The Cath Lab Technologist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our cardiovascular services. This includes preparing patients for procedures, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for cardiovascular procedures, including explaining procedures and obtaining informed consent
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, including catheters, angioplasty machines, and other cardiovascular devices
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during procedures, including passing instruments and providing technical support
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of biohazardous waste
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent
  • BSN Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing
  • Current nursing license
  • A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID
