Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer with a strong background in SQL and a deep understanding of the financial industry to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient Snowflake data warehouse solutions tailored for financial industry applications. Responsibilities include developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval, optimizing Snowflake performance through effective data modeling, partitioning, and indexing strategies, collaborating with financial analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, and ensuring data integrity and security within the Snowflake environment. A proven track record of delivering precise reporting and analytical solutions is essential.

Required Skills:
Proven 10+ years of experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role in a data warehousing environment. Strong expertise in SQL programming and experience with financial industry datasets. Familiarity with Snowflake's architecture, features, and best practices. Experience with data modeling, ETL development, and data integration techniques. Knowledge of financial industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the skill to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience in Financial industry is must. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with financial reporting, risk management, or investment analytics. Familiarity with other data integration tools and BI platforms. Relevant certifications such as the Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification.
