  • Adhere to Primland's service standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Enhance food and beverage sales by being well-informed about cocktails, spirits, and menu specials.
  • Accurately take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring timely service and correct billing.
  • Prepare guest checks and handle payments with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all bar equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure the bar is consistently stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Implement safe food handling practices and maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
  • Preferred two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality sector as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in a luxury hospitality setting is advantageous.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol training certifications.
