  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and hotel spaces as requested by guests or management.
  • Restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Accommodate special requests from guests, offering alternatives when necessary.
  • Communicate with other departments regarding in-house VIPs and special requests.
  • Support beverage and food service areas, including washing dishes, restocking supplies, and performing side work duties.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of menus, current specials, and hotel standards.
  • Perform cashiering functions, closing checks, and end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, side work duties, and station rotation assignments.
  • Answer guest questions about the hotel, local area attractions, and hotel-brand standards.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS.
  • Obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner.
  • Understanding of hotel products and guest services.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional service to others.
  • Possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to perform numerical operations and read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.

Pay starts at $15/hour.
