Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dealer to join our team at Riverwalk Casino Hotel. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing all table games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal games including Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette in a high-volume, fast-paced gaming facility.
  • Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to guests.
  • Notify supervisors of any irregularities in play or transactions.
  • Adhere to gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Verify fills and credits to the game.
  • Compute payable odds and payable winning bets.
  • Monitor guest play and table action to ensure game integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years' experience in table games.
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
  • Knowledge of table games, including Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette.
  • Excellent math and communication skills.
