Creative Hair Artist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Hair Stylist to join our team at Hair Cuttery. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals who are currently licensed and skilled in hair cutting and coloring.

The Licensed Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist position involves providing exceptional guest service, creating stunning hairstyles, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.

The compensation range for this role is $30 to $40 hourly plus commissions and tips, with top performers earning well above $40 an hour. We also offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

• Provide high-quality hair cutting and coloring services to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US
• Able and willing to work various schedules based on your income goals and guest demand
• Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application
