Position Summary:
The Quality Engineer III will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role includes conducting thorough quality inspections, utilizing various measurement tools, and maintaining clear communication with team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality assessments on products and document findings accurately.
2. Perform internal audits and prepare for customer audits.
3. Develop and implement verification and validation plans in accordance with ISO and FDA regulations.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Lead root cause analysis for product quality issues and customer complaints.
6. Mentor and train junior quality personnel.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering is essential.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is advantageous.

Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820) requirements.
- Proficiency in GD&T and metrology.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversee Quality Engineer I, Quality Technicians, and Inspectors as designated.
