Job Description

Cooperative Producers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Reliability Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Create and implement effective maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead Maintenance Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance initiatives that drive operational efficiency and improve overall plant performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams: Work closely with operations teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues, and provide training and support to ensure effective maintenance practices.
  • Develop and Maintain Maintenance Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized maintenance processes and metrics to drive plant efficiency and minimize breakdowns.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring operational issues, and develop improvements to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to plant personnel and contractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform maintenance tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of business computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and to sit, stand, walk, or stoop for extended periods.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, around moving parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals, and in high precarious places.
