We are seeking a skilled Radiographer Technician to join our team at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a full range of diagnostic and surgical specialty services.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Position

This role will involve providing support for other imaging technologists as needed, adhering to established protocols and regulatory requirements. You will interact with patients and all care providers to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.

You must be able to rotate within departments and clinics for proper coverage and possess the ability and willingness to adapt to assigned patient assessment, treatment, and/or care methods.

  • Assist Radiologist or other medical professional in invasive and fluoroscopic procedures using equipment to pinpoint anatomical locations.
  • Ensure that exam rooms are neat, clean, and adequately stocked prior to exams being performed and act to ensure compliance with Infection Control standards.
  • Appropriately adapt to assigned patient assessment, treatment, and/or care methods to accommodate the unique physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, age-specific and other developmental needs of each patient served.
  • Demonstrate adherence to the Core values of CHRISTUS Health Care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
  • Current registration from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably.
