Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Lewistown, Montana. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhanced care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on home health or hospice care.
- Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and develop effective care plans.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to patient locations as needed.
