Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMT-B/I/A to join our dynamic team in Western North Carolina. As a Mobile Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering emergency medical aid, facilitating interfacility transfers, and providing top-notch clinical care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver emergency medical aid and facilitate interfacility transfers
- Conduct rapid and effective patient assessments to determine optimal treatment plans
- Safely transport patients via ambulance
- Administer first aid and life support to individuals in distress
- Transfer patients to hospital emergency departments or other medical facilities
- Valid state EMT license
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications, along with State/NREMT Certification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Initial 24/72 Shift Rotation Proposal
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly Wage (Commensurate with experience), Performance Bonus ranging from $2 to $8 per hour, 88 hours of Annual Paid Time Off (increases with tenure), Contribution towards Health Insurance, Company-Paid Life Insurance ($50,000) in addition to Long Term Disability Insurance, Opportunities for Education Scholarships, Ongoing Advanced Training, Referral and Retention Incentives
