Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team on a travel assignment in Florida.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography and cardiovascular-interventional procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures, including fluoroscopy and angiography, to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of radiographic procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Current state license as a Radiology Technologist in Florida.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience in interventional radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and angiography.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as equipment, up to 50-100 pounds.
