GLC On-The-Go is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Labor and Delivery role. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
