Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage installation teams to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective installation strategies to ensure efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or concerns.
- Document project progress and scope changes.
- Support the development and training of installation professionals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of commercial furniture installation and repair.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 8 overnights per month.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 200 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing field or related industry.
As a member of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results. You will be required to work in a variety of settings, including commercial offices, healthcare facilities, and other public spaces.
