Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver effective online therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sessions and progress reports, providing valuable insights for student growth and development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA certification and CA state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in school-based SLP settings, with a proven track record of success in providing teletherapy services.
  • Proficiency in telecommunication software and technology, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
