Job DescriptionAs a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling litigation cases, with a focus on construction and complex litigation matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing discovery materials
- Assisting with trial preparation and representing clients in court hearings
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide legal updates and case progress
- Collaborating with the litigation team to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction and complex litigation
- Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
