Job Description

As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling litigation cases, with a focus on construction and complex litigation matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing discovery materials
  • Assisting with trial preparation and representing clients in court hearings
  • Communicating regularly with clients to provide legal updates and case progress
  • Collaborating with the litigation team to develop case strategies and negotiate settlements

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction and complex litigation
  • Admission to the South Carolina State Bar required
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
