Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package in excess of $200,000, with uncapped earning potential. In addition, you can enjoy a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, guaranteed base pay, no lab fees, and a range of other benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans paid for by the company. You'll also have access to a 401(k) retirement plan, company-paid malpractice insurance coverage, paid holidays and time off, continuing education reimbursements, CE offered through ADA accredited programs, and reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues.
Job DescriptionAs an Associate Dentist at Sutton Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, you'll provide quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children aged 3-21. Your role will involve working collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and contribute to our mission of creating positive dental experiences. With a focus on community service, you'll have opportunities to participate in activities that promote a positive image of our company and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team
- Participate in morning huddles to plan your day and appreciate your team's contributions
- Lovely working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, and other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.). Nitrous Oxide certification is also a requirement for certain states. Above all, you'll need compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
