Position Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing a comprehensive cybersecurity framework for organizational information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a robust cybersecurity program tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Define and enforce information ownership roles for each Department of Defense (DoD) information system, ensuring accountability and access control measures are in place.
  • Coordinate and supervise cybersecurity initiatives, collaborating with a dedicated team of Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) and System Administrators (SA).
  • Serve as the principal subject matter expert (SME), maintaining clear and consistent communication with laboratory representatives and leadership.
  • Ensure timely reporting of cybersecurity incidents and implement corrective actions in line with established Incident Response Plan protocols.

Compensation Range

Minimum Salary: $80,015

Maximum Salary: $148,255
