Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular program degree and relevant certifications. You should be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS. You will also need to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) training during orientation and maintain current BLS certification throughout your employment. Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within six months of hire and maintained thereafter. One year of experience working in a Cath Lab is preferred but not required.
