Job Summary:

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients. This includes assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Colorado or Compact RN license where applicable
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ACLS
  • 1-2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
