Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Kelly Government Solutions. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with heavy equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine problems.
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts, including hydraulic hoses, electrical wiring, and engine components.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine mechanics.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
