Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate)
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical care setting
  • Experience in hospice or home health preferred
  • Strong passion for patient care
  • Reliable transportation for job-related tasks
  • Willingness to travel 50% within a 25-50 mile radius

You will report directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
