We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Juniper Goods. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to Juniper Goods' standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food preparation and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment and supplies
• Process customer orders and handle cash/credit card transactions

Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:
