Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our clinical team at Lifespace Communities. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring residents.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Initiate resident needs assessments, observe and report any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
