Job Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Therapy Project Engineer to join our high-performing organization as a key member of our project management team. This role will involve working collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and other team members to support projects related to biomanufacturing across the entire engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

As an Advanced Therapy Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work, forming and maintaining valuable relationships with clients, and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing key project controls deliverables, including budget estimates, detailed project schedules and milestones, feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysis, project cost reports and trend analysis, and comprehensive monthly project summary reports.
  • Analyzing complex project data and delivering clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision-making.
  • Gaining a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.
  • Updating internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and/or comparable military experience.
  • Systems savvy, including Microsoft Excel; Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project a plus.
  • Full-time on-site client presence.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
