Job Description

The Sales Manager will drive business growth and expansion by managing and growing studio membership sales, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. This individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow studio membership sales
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with members, instructors, and studio staff
  • Contribute to the development of the Stretch. Lab brand in the community
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences
