The Swimming Pool Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe aquatic environment for all guests. This role involves maintaining pool hygiene and overseeing safety protocols to provide a pleasant experience for residents.

• Conducts regular testing and balancing of pool chemicals, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
• Adjusts and monitors pool temperature as per guidelines.
• Performs cleaning duties including vacuuming the pool, maintaining skimmer baskets, backwashing filters, and skimming debris from the water surface.
• Supervises the entry and exit of residents in the pool area, ensuring adherence to capacity limits.
• Enforces all posted pool regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Checks and maintains safety equipment, ensuring all items are functional and that the first aid kit is adequately stocked.
• Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of pool restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and free from hazards.
• Maintains cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas through regular sweeping.
• Arranges pool furniture, ensuring it is clean and in good condition.
• Reports any damaged or non-functional furniture to the appropriate supervisor.
• Engages in gardening tasks, including weeding in common areas as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Assists in cleaning the clubhouse and surrounding communal spaces as required.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Some High School Education is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to withstand seasonal weather conditions.
• Willingness to respond to community needs outside of regular business hours.
• Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage, including email and internet navigation.
