We are a leading provider of home healthcare services in Ohio, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their families. Our ideal candidate must be able to work every other weekend and holiday, and have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in an individual, group home or adult day program setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and document patient observations and any changes in condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for individuals
  • Utilize first aid skills as needed and ensure the well-being of individuals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case workers to address the needs of individuals
